Chelsea Manning is back in the news again with an video announcing she would run for office in Maryland. A Dallas radio station had some rather harsh comments about it. WBAP 820-AM featured a segment making fun of transgender woman in general while commenting that trans are he / she’s. They also had other bullying and transphobic comments towards Chelsea Manning’s Adams apple and voice. AM talk radio is known for right-wing political talking heads and pundits but this is pretty horrible. We hope that the program director takes some sort of action against this morning show.
