Back for its 34th year, Dallas Pride doesn’t start and stop with the beloved parade and festival. Get proud and festive all over the Dallas Metroplex with community gatherings, pre-parties and post-parade bashes.

Thursday
Dallas Eagle on Thursday, September 14, 9 pm – 2 am, with DJ Shane Stiel (Los Angeles). The Dallas Eagle is the perfect venue to launch things off, with its spacious patio, friendly staff and hot dance floor; and DJ Shane Stiel’s hybrid of self-described “badass, sweetheart, and energizer bunny” beats will get you revved up for a fantastic weekend of events.

Friday, September 15 at 8 PM: The 9th Annual Red Party presented by the Dallas Red Foundation at the South Side Music Hall

PRISM is Friday, 9 pm – 4 am at Lizard Lounge, This is a Pride Purple Party event known as a favorite among locals and Purple attendees as a fantastic dance space with its intimate interior, sound system and patio. DJ Deanne (Miami) will get you in the right mood with her special combo of big beats, strong synths, and dramatic arrangements before Isaac Escalante (Mexico) wows you with his talented mixes of house, tribal, and electro-house. 18+ Event.
Saturday – NOTE: People are getting confused on the events Saturday and Sunday. If you notice below are dates and times so please scroll down for ALL of the event listings. We have no official Six Flags Event listed because the Dallas Voice did not throw this event this year. However, you will notice the Festival on Saturday instead. The Pride Parade is Sunday and no Festival that day. Yes, there’s a Teen Pride that is going on at the same time as the Pride Festival for everyone.
Saturday, September 16 12pm – 7pm Dallas Teen Pride: Free Event for LGBTQ Youth and Allies Aged 13 to 19. “Teen Pride: Love is Love”. Event will be held at Reverchon Park at 3505 Maple Ave. Come out and enjoy a day full of youth speakers, free food, drag performances, entertainment, games, prizes, resources, and fun. Drag performers include Kennedy Davenport!
Saturday, September 16, 2 pm – 8 pm – SHINE Pride Pool Party at SISU Uptown Lounge, a favorite fixture among our attendees that features a gorgeous saltwater pool, deluxe cabanas. DJ Benson Wilder (Dallas) will keep crowds entertained with his distinctive styles of house and tribal that feature melodic riffs with rich vocals. Then, just when you thought it couldn’t get any hotter, Serving Ovahness (NYC) will take over the tables and close the party down with his brand of house, techno, and progressive music.7pm: The Festival in the Park will be held in Reverchon Park from noon to 7 pm on the Saturday preceding the Parade. There is a $10 general admission ticket required per person to enter the Festival. You can purchase them at the gate with cash only or in advance online with credit card. Festival admission includes the concert series from local bands and the headliner’s Billboard Topping Kristine W and Alyssa Edwards from RuPaul’s Drag Race.
9 PM – 2 AM DJ Tony Moran – Impulse Group welcomes legendary DJ Tony Moran to Stereo Live. The thunderous beats of New Yorker Tony Moran have resonated throughout clubs and arenas around the world, and have dominated the Billboard dance charts for decades. STEREO Live is conveniently located at the intersection of Story Lane and Denton Drive. A short 10-minute drive from the gay strip, STEREO Live offers a unique concert experience that is sure to make for a memorable night. From the large dance floor and LED screens, to the massive sound, lasers, co2 and confetti cannons, BEAT is sure to be the fiercest dance event of the weekend.
*FREE shuttle service will be provided to and from the Cedar Springs strip and STEREO Live. The shuttle will run, on the half hour, beginning at 9pm. Location to board the shuttle will be released soon.

Sunday
2pm: Dallas Pride Parade aka The Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade is held on Sunday, Sept. 17 and the Miller Lite Music Festival in the Park. The parade will be on Cedar Springs Road starting at Wycliff Ave., proceeding South to Turtle Creek Blvd. and ending in Lee Park (Turtle Creek Blvd. at Cedar Springs Rd.) There will be announcers along the parade route. The parade is always FREE to attend and watch. The parade kicks off at 2 pm. For viewing location, the less congested areas will be near Cedar Springs Road and Turtle Creek Blvd. The Parade will feature local dignitaries, floats, marching groups and music. Get a ride to Pride because parking will be chaos.
SPECTRUM | The Dallas Pride Tea Dance Immediately following the Dallas Pride Parade on Sunday, September 17, 4 pm – 10 pm, we’re wrapping up the weekend with our signature SPECTRUM tea dance, held on the massive patio of Station 4 (S4). DJ Philip Webb (Dallas) will continue the celebratory vibe with his infectious happy beats before Morabito (NYC) fills the outdoor patio with the sounds of her impeccable taste and rare ability to create a seamless experience on the dancefloor. In order to avoid the parade crowds, our special entry will be in the rear of S4 and attendees can dance out with the DJs on the patio or cool off in the comfort of S4’s dancefloor. S4 is conveniently located in the heart of The Strip and has an expansive multilevel patio with more than ample seating for visiting with friends and plenty of space for dancing as the sun sets on your Purple Does Dallas Pride weekend.
