Austin's Last Splash

The Last Splash is held every year on Labor Day weekend. Here are a few pics from Lake Travis Hippy Hollow from 2008--

Party will continue to be held at Lake Travis (hippy hollow area) during the day and party at the Antro nightclub wee hours of the morning. Read more about the new Austin Splash Labor Day and Splash weekend in May.
Here is some information on the Austin Labor Day event in previous years (back when the event was organized and a good circuit event):

Austin holds the hottest circuit event of
the year
UPDATE 2006: Get ready for Labor Day Weekend in Austin, TX once again as top DJ's return to the Austin Music Hall and Lake Travis.
UPDATE 2005: This year with all that is going
on with Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans Southern Decadence
will be postponed or cancelled. Our thoughts are with our
gay family and the residents of New Orleans. We will be
at the Austin Event called Blu this year September 2nd through
Labor Day on September 5th.
August 10, 2004 (Austin)-- Attending a great
deal of the circuit parties I have finally found one that
is a mix of all types of people and personalities. When
Madonna says that "Music brings the people together"
- she may just be speaking of the event in Austin held on
Labor Day weekend called Perfect Day or sometimes I have
heard it called Last Splash. Many seem to be confused on
the real meaning of Splash and last splash and what they
mean but something with the Lake Travis and the hot boys
out there and if its related to this event I am not sure.
But anyway we do recommend this as one of the MUST SEE events
of the year. First you must cancel your reservations to
got New Orleans for Southern Decadence - didnt you have
enough during Mardi Gras? Plan this event where you have
a lake nearby and one of the most beautiful cities in the
world instead of the most dirtiest cities. Austin is beautiful
and the Lake Travis takes your breath away as well.
Although the Memorial Day event of Splash
was scaled back this Labor Day event will be full speed
ahead inside the never-ending laser-powered Austin City
Music Hall. Featuring endless hardbodies from California
to Waco, TX with a few shows that normally feature breathtaking
divas.
Passes available include a VIP WEEKEND PASS
for $190.00 which normally sell out fast. The VIP Perfect
Day Pass includes priority access to all Perfect Day 2K4
events (except Friday Night Cruise & Monday Morning
Party), free shuttle to Saturday night parties, private
VIP chill area (where available). You can also buy a VIP
Pass without including the Lake events for $140.
